Imagine that you are a service provider.

Imagine that a customer of several years' standing phones to tell you that they are switching providers.

What is the obvious question? Why would you not ask it?

Imagine that you are a giant corporation that can't find its ass with both hands, with old failing equipment, insufficient staff and management is generally incompetent. Imagine that you have employees, consultants and customers already tell you why all the customers are fleeing like rats from a sinking ship. That's why you would not ask -- you know far too well already.

Well, since the tag says "Virgin", then the obvious question is

"will you take me with you?"

You know, it's amazing. When I leave a service provider because they're rubbish, they never, ever ask. When I'm leaving a competent service provider because of some technical issue (such as, for example, Virgin Mobile not providing a BlackBerry service) but I'm otherwise happy with them, they always, always ask why I'm leaving.
