Imagine that you are a service provider.

Imagine that a customer of several years' standing phones to tell you that they are switching providers.

What is the obvious question? Why would you not ask it?

are they really that bad? I've had generally good service with a few vexing glitches -- far better than Vodafone though. I'm only switching because BT Fusion beats them hands down for web access and price.
