A gull's breath ...

A gull's breath can be seen in the freezing air on January 4 in London.
Found the larger version of the photo in a slideshow on the BBC news site (under cut), and thanks to the marvel that is Google traced the photographer. Yay!

A few more photos from last Thursday (belatedly) over at Flickr.

Some photos on Flickr from last Tuesday (my birthday, which as you see started pre-dawn on the beach!). It was a lot warmer and brighter than it is here ...

Three photos from last Monday (when we were mostly on the beach / in the sea / scoffing Canarian food at a waterfront bar) loaded to Flickr!

All my holiday photos, including this one, were taken with my point'n'click Olympus ยต 1050 SW, and a trial-and-error approach.

Moonrise
