They claim that they have moved my web space from server to server but it is still OK: "I can see it fine" are their exact words.
I contend that they have lost it. (And I have some whiny emails to back me up.)

Are you sure it isn't just DNS taknig its time to update? It usually takes around 48 hours unless you have reduced the update time beforehand.

Date: Thursday, November 6th, 2003 09:26 am (UTC)I doubt it's a DNS problem, I think it's more likely that someone has screwed up their Apache configuration file -- I can't get to any website at http://www.avnet.co.uk/home/, having searched for a few in Google.
