Regular readers may recall the saga of $FinancialMisadviceCo, documented in many of these posts.

Email just received from action group:
"On Friday 19 December 2008, $FinancialMisadviceCo was placed into Administration by an application to court under paragraph 22, Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986"

Bwa ha ha ha ha! That'll teach them to advise people to invest in bridges in London apartments that will never be built! Oh, wait ...
