Calling fellow sufferers:
- is there a 'Day Three' stage where you feel generally well, apart from dizziness / wobbliness / weakness, until you start getting stabbing pains at random locations in torso?
or is it just me?

Don't know about the stabbing pains, but dizziness/wobbliness is about right.
