tamaranthSent a 12-point letter to Barclays last week regarding the non-closure of my business account, and their enterprising attempt to stiff me for overdraft charges incurred as a result of keeping the account open and charging me for sending statements.
On Saturday, I received a statement indicating that the bank charges had been reversed. No letter, o no: just a statement.
Today, I am in receipt of a letter beginning, "Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share your disappointment about the service you have received from Barclays."
Lovely. I shall put it with the others.
