tamaranthNearly caught Genghis' little pal. I touched it! Little furry bastard.
Have just installed shiny new 120G drive. Spent a long time plugging and unplugging power cables: then fired up the PC and waited for the Plug'n'Pray screen to come up.
And waited.
And waited.
Was just about to fire off despairing email to supplier when I noticed I had an F drive, rather than just A, C, D and E ...
Copying 38G of classical MP3s. Pretty shiny blue light.
In other not-news-at-all, I've realised why I occasionally overeat when I'm particularly busy around the flat. Nothing to do with burning extra calories: it's the fact that when I stop to eat, I sit down (albeit usually in front of email) and stop doing housework, watering plants, chasing the Horde etc.
Running late but still going for a swim: the rain has cleared and it's a lovely mild afternoon.
