Went shopping (for the last of the Christmas presents!) with ladymoonray, who was a Bad Influence*. [See poll here]. Soon we are off to the Boat Show. Hopefully the Retail Fairy has waved her wand enough for one day ...

*but I picked out the T-shirt that says 'shameless' all by myself

Re Boat show, I have a brace of freebie tickets here. I may come and use one myself or you could have both of themn if I am feeling v kind.

Oooh, wish I'd known! You must come and use them -- quick, quick!! -- as I am in Plymouth this weekend, and it finishes Sunday. Definitely worth your while, if only for the freebies and cheap sailing gear (half-price wetsuits, too) ... lots of glossy marina brochures! (and tall ships!!) Definitely worth your while, just extremely sorry not to be able to accompany you. It was kind of an impulse thing as they were open late and admission is cheap after 3pm ... otherwise would've encouraged you!

Hope to see you soon, anyway ... recent Plymouth jaunts have been rather short but hopefully will be able to Plan soon.
