Have defeated Week 5 Day 3 (running for 20 mins). No cramps. No collapsing. Though 20 mins is a very long time.

Wow. I don't think I ever got further than 15 & that was ages ago. This inside on treadmill?

No, I'm running around in circles at the park just up the road -- which is nice because of fresh air and trees and things. Will only go the indoor / treadmill route if I finally find a job and can't run in the daytime. (Also, job will enable me to afford gym membership ...)
