I spent the evening plying Caro with drink, and by the time I left he was looking rather brighter and had taken a swipe at me. Bless! His condition is ... complicated. (Trust Ramses.) But if he responds to pillz, further treatment may be feasible.

prognosis is distinctly uncertain - he's got a lot wrong with him, but we're
waiting on further tests (involving sending his blood to the US!) and Caro needs to discuss options in detail with the clinician when those results come back.
