Following suggestions from various gift-recipients, I've set up a shop on Folksy for beach-tat jewellery. let me show you it. Suggestions, comments, expressions of interest all gratefully received! (Hopefully, this'll fund my jewellery-making habit ...)

Date: Monday, August 2nd, 2010 05:28 pm (UTC)As you know I spend a lot of my time staring at jewellery, and don't often see something that I haven't seen before (and that I also like). This is one of those rare occcasions!

Date: Wednesday, August 4th, 2010 01:57 pm (UTC)The advice I've seen on how to publicize include putting yourself out there on Facebook and Twitter, plus blogging about your craft. Also, getting yourself featured on well-known craft blogs, find where your target market hangs out and get involved/visible there, if Folksy has forums then participate enough to be visible, etc. (Much of the above makes me scratch my head, but hey, FWIW, right?)
