Last day of Darwin: Big Idea exhibition at the Natural History Museum. Exhibition variable: interesting, but poorly lit (white text on dark background doesn't help) and prone to bottlenecks, especially around the audio and video features. Also, captions need a better profreder. I did pick up a useful acronym - VISTA, Variation-Inheritance-Selection-Time-Adaptation. And some displays were gorgeous, tho' photography not permitted. Ahem.

I tried to see this a couple of weeks ago - but I hadn't booked and the queue was out the gate. I went to the Baroque instead. I'm pondering a visit to Down House instead. Ooh look, there's a bus from Bromley South.
