When that happens to me in Firefox, I use the Ctrl+shift+D to "bookmark all tabs", and save them into a single folder, and when I want them back, the last entry in the folder is "Open all in tabs".
I have used this to build a "daily" and "daily2" set of tabs and when I start up firefox when I get to work, the first couple of minutes it's busy loading around ten tabs with work stuff, BBC news, gmail, LJ etc. and I can go make coffee, come back and find my firefox is all ready to go, with everything loaded.
Good if you're using Firefox! Chrome doesn't have this function, and nor does Flock (tho' the latter can be conned into reopening every page by forcing a hard shutdown). And yes, there are good reasons for using Chrome and Flock as well ...
Nah, I need to be a little more organised -- or possibly less organised, so that instead of being ultra-efficient right up to departure time, I spend an hour browsing and closing those tabs ...
