Weybourne Beach was wonderfully empty (it was a cold grey day) and strewn with dead things and plastic. The clliffs were dynamic geology. Meadowlarks singing at the clifftop, seagulls yelling at the tideline.

The North Norfolk Coast Road is a pleasant drive, scenic, only occasionally distressing (I think I ran over a toad that was slowly meandering across the tarmac).

Starfish are good. How nice to find a colony.

Great pictures - very interesting stuff you found. That gorgeous too-fragile-to-collect skeleton; what was it, do you know? Beach finds always make me long for the ability to draw - pen and ink with watercolour wash.

Now I want to go walk on a beach. Perhaps when the weather warms up a bit - I want it above the freezing mark for a ramble along the shore. (What can I say, I'm a wimp. *g*)
