Umm, it's not a milestone, it's a distance slab, making how far of the Antonine Wall a particular unit had built (in this case, 4.65 Roman miles).

Yes, it's that distance slab. I also say the Croy Hill (http://www.flickr.com/photos/37259598@N00/2722883548/) relief (dark photo because I wasn't using the flash, and Brigantia (http://www.flickr.com/photos/37259598@N00/2722883472/in/photostream/).

thought: some of my other photos of Old Stuff came out pretty well but I didn't Flickr them. Shall I, in case any are of use to you? (You've probably got the pictures you need: on the other hand my camera may be a little better at dim rooms sans flash.)
