Cat Stress

My day so far:
- Get up moving.
- clean up cat vomit
- feed cats
- write a page and a half of morning pages before interruption by noisy vomitting cat, under bed
- clean up cat vomit, set cushions outside to air
- interweb
- feed cats
- swim 500m, buy more luxury catfud
- feed cats
- clean up cat vomit
- change bedding
- curse IKEA quilt for not fitting in non-IKEA cover
- clean up new cat vomit
- feed cats
- give cats evil eye

The vomitting cat is not Sam but Shiva. am hoping this is just stress / jealousy / surfeit of luxury left-overs. am hoping it stops. am frayed.

I suspect Shiva is picking up on the general upset. She will calm down, but it might take a while. I'm glad you made it out for a swim. If you get really fed up, you could go for a walk. It won't hurt either of them to be left for a little while.
