Bah to recurrence of the dizzy / nauseous / ultra-tired thing. Have just walked down to the shop to acquire CHOCOLATE for medicinal purposes: I had to stop and rest on the way back and I now feel too queasy to eat said chocolate.

In other news, the cats are fine. I am trying to fatten them up for Christmas. I thought there might be a limit to how much expensive food-in-pouches they would eat in a day. I thought wrong.

Shiva's last blood tests show there is nothing much wrong with her: kidneys and liver work fine.

cats who throw up on piles of clean laundry, however, can expect to be traded in.

It's wonderful when they're happy and bouncy, but it does sometimes feel like hard work keeping them that way! Concrete sounds a very promising solution, though apparently that was (consistency-wise) what Shiva's blockage was -- and if I never have to pay for feline colonic irrigation again, it'll be too soon!

How old is Chia? In my head she is Ancient, but this may just be me.

Would that Chia might have a blockage. It has never really been a problem for her. Alas, quite the reverse.

Chia is ... good question. sfx: scrabbles in drawer ... She's 17 or thereabouts. She is indeed ancient.

Mine are probably 16, so ancient is relative! They are far from spry, though: I suspect my lethargy is learnt behaviour.
