A week's exercise:
Sunday, February 10th, 2008 02:07 pm![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
Monday: swam 500m
Tuesday: Pilates class, 1 hour
Wednesday: 90 mins hilly / shingly walk at Birling Gap
Thursday: Housewerk! For about six hours!
Friday: swam 600m
Saturday: 90 mins brisk walk with Zen Stone
Sunday: swam 600m
Go me!
I really need to get this inner-ear / balance / nausea thing sorted. Antibiotics don't help and nor do over-the-counter sinus remedies. Any advice? (I think with hindsight it has been coming and going for years: I can remember driving lessons where the amount of head-turning needed whilst parking was enough to make me very queasy indeed. Which may be why I park so badly. :))
