Last day of contract! Hurrah!

Also second day of truly appalling headache. Lying in bed, wakeful between paracodols, I realised how guilty I feel about this headache. It's down to stress and muscle tension and poor eating habits, and I've been neglecting all that stuff: no yoga, no exercise, not living in my body enough.

Ho for a week of lovely poverty, swimming and lying in the sun and eating fresh fruit and fish. Greek island optional. Greenwich Park'll do me.

oooh yes! After all, food eaten outdoors has no calories. May need to do some proper planning so as to combine this with swimming etc, but that would be great!
