also, have not gone after solicitor with wasabi-coated disposable chopsticks.
also, have tested CD burner on new laptop (got to love a track called 'Here Come the Romans', even though it is far from the best on the album) and found it good.
also, have won a frivolous coat on eBay (though not the most frivolous coat: may yet win that too, ooops, but could not resist).
also, have plotted out in fair-to-middling detail (scenes and POVs) the rest of the Nanowrimo tale.
also, have fab friends who have sorted out a copy of the Dampier documentary for me.
also, have remembered why Red Bull after 8pm is a bad idea, even if I do need a temporary pick-me-up ...

b) A waste of good Wasabi. Use it for raw fish, not daffy trouts.
