Interesting datum

I am a bit stressed this afternoon what with Solicitor.
My joint pain (knees and elbows mostly, also fingers) is back.

I wonder if these two facts could be related? Either adrenaline build-up or simple muscle tension?

relieve it with exercise - actual or simulated repeated blows to body of solicitor with alternate knees and elbows. bow to fallen body.
