9:04pm: I conclude this evening's Nanowrimo chunk and begin to dislodge furry Tamaranth-weights in preparation for a lunge at my swimming bag.
9:05pm: the weather outside becomes loud enough to drown out a
Khachaturian piano concerto. (The slow movement, but still.)
9:06pm: exercise is overrated.

if the rain dies down by 9:45 I'll go; if not, bath and early night.

Eek! I don't blame you for not going out. You wouldn't get much exercise swimming down the hill anyway, though getting back up again might be interesting.
