Are they the people who turn up in their own cars with their young children in tow? If so, they've delivered here about 8 or 9 in the evening when they've been having a bad day.

Our postal service is still a bit all over the place at the moment. I ordered something from Play.com which was posted 9 days ago and still hasn't arrived, while something I ordered from Amazon two days ago has got here.
Of course, guess which one I most wanted to get quickly...
