Werk social yesterday was a trip to K2 in Crawley to do some indoor climbing. It was Fun. I did wuss out (sweaty palms, no grip) at the 12m wall, but scrambled inelegantly up the others without too much difficulty. Did not fall off. Did not scream. Did not embarrass self in any other respect. And I do not ache today. (Maybe all the swimming has given me some upper-body strength.)

Many of the coloured holds were shaped or embossed. The one point at which I did wobble was when I reached out and found myself holding onto a flourescent pink gargoyle.
