tamaranthSam's bloodtest results are back (am glad that vet is quicker than GP, considering how much this cost me!) and his kidney functions are back down to normal, his thyroid seems to be functioning OK (though there's an elevated liver enzyme that might indicate nascent thyroid issue) and in general All Is Well.
Sam was very interested in the phone while I was talking to the vet. He tried to headbutt it.
