Actually this was at the weekend. It whined, and then bit me. (Yes, I'm sure it wasn't a cat. They hardly ever chomp on me, not like some cats I could mention).

I have found the quick route to werk (16 miles: 35 mins: memo to self, avoid school-time in Newdigate) and it is ever so pretty, with daffodils and crocii and flooded water meadows.

I have ongoing fatigue; a stomach bug that's been with me since Hong Kong; and a sympathetic new GP. Yay for the last!

And the response to my Bookmooch inventory is overwhelming. I've only listed fiction A-C and I have accumulated over 30 points. And what do points make? More books*!!!. I intend to discard a thousand books, and they'll be going via Bookmooch ...

*ones I want more than the ones I'm getting rid of -- replacements for lost / damaged copies, paperbacks instead of hardbacks, recent fiction, obscure foreign stuff ...
