Having returned from Espana (photos soon, probably!) my thoughts are now focussed on the next trip, LHR-LAX-AUK-HKG-LHR. The current baggage restrictions (can I take lipstick?) make fascinating reading.

How soon do you leave, and when will you be back? And can we expect photos from along the way?

Within the USA you can bring any combination of things that will fit into a single 1 quart (bigger than a sandwich size) zip-lock bag, in containers 3 oz. or smaller (think hotel shampoo) Just have all of those items in the bag at the top or your luggae and pull the bag out at any screening point for hand inspection. This was true as of one week ago.
