I have officially been given cat-custody, timing subject to approval. YAY!

Oh I am *so* pleased. I have never stopped feeling guilty about handing back two cats I looked after for a few weeks in Baltimore several years ago.

1. He insisted they come to me. Cats? Move house? Trauma city.
2. They arrived with no toys and nothing smelling of him.
3. They appeared utterly unsocialised.

I sent them back affectionate and with toys, but had to peel them off my sweater, He just grunted on seeing them. I *know* they were not being loved but could do nothing.

Sam is a very lucky cat.
