Greenwich Park, the day it snowed (didn't get a clear one of the snowboarders, or the chap tobogganing on a transparent turquoise inflatable chair). Lots of people seemed determined to build snowmen, and for a change there was enough snow.


Yesterday was cold and sunny, and the freeze continued. A glorious light in the afternoon - the light so blue on the snow that the shadows seem yellow. All very tracked and textured, too, due to the popularity of sledging, snowperson-building and carrying around chunks of snow. (The day before I'd made fresh tracks across Blackheath, though it was early afternoon - the snow was still falling).



But now, of course, all the snow has melted and it is raining again ... bah.
