... and probably shouldn't have gone in the first place: wasn't feeling too good, and would probably have benefitted more from walks, reading, writing and sleeping. And darling cats who missed me very much. Ah well: it was worth a try!

It was nice to see you there and I'm sure a lot of other friends feel the same way. I only wish I'd been better company myself; I was rather drained for most of the weekend, not helped by overindulgence on Friday night...
