1. Lunch with woolymonkey at Pizza Express (formerly the Roman Baths), for this is the day that SKOOL starts again, and we celebrate.
2. Paying £4.96 cash for four hefty tomes* (having discarded a fifth after checking LibraryThing and finding I already had it)
3. The Ascent of frostfox! (With purple suitcase and blood-curdling tales of feline brutality).
4. LUSSSSSHHHHHH frenzy. (But why have they stopped doing Go Green and Sonic Death Monkey?)
5. new handbag and cat toys earrings from Claire's Accessories.
5a. ozymandias_cat loves me very very much. Though the wind is enough to blow a cat's ears inside out.
6. Later, shall be seeing The Time Traveller's Wife with bugshaw (cocktail first).

1. Cambridge people: the menu for Green Box (the new sushi place on Mill Rd) is online here, at LocalSecrets, with a 20%-off voucher. I am very impressed with Green Box -- excellent sushi, friendly staff, free salad for me last night when I battled Weather to pick up a Special Family Box.
