What the Internet's Good For
Tuesday, January 10th, 2006 10:47 pm1. Clearing your PC desktop, you find an MP3 you downloaded some time in December, probably via a link in a Doctor Who fan's LJ.
2. You play it.
3. It is fab. (And not to be judged by the first 30 seconds.)
4. But you can't find the original post, source, whatever.
5. So you google for title+artist. (I'm not putting a link: work it out.)
6. And you discover The Hype Machine, an audio blog aggregator. ("a web site that gathers songs posted on MP3 blogs and presents them in an easy to consume manner.")
7. And, further, an entire album of remixes by the same bloke.
