Boo to Shopping
Wednesday, April 6th, 2005 03:00 pmI don't post much about clothes. But -- having new job starting Monday yay! -- the need to buy new ones, and the money to do so, coincided.
I was looking for smart, interesting tops to wear with my collection of black/dark grey trouser suits.
o I do not care for pink.
o I do not care for frills.
o I have a cleavage already, so prefer not to accentuate it with crossover/plunge necklines (at least for werk).
o Oh, and I don't do ironing.
Time spent shopping: 3.5 hours

Amount of hatred for retail outlets in Canary Wharf / Jubilee Place / Lewisham: ∞
*actually 4, but I didn't mean to buy the two cheap jackets from (eek) Primark -- one cream linen, one military-style black denim -- so they don't count.
