Customer Service, and Why Not

She got back to the UK last Thursday, and at 5pm on Thursday left me a frantic voicemail message about needing to send a mailshot and nothing working.
It wasn't convenient to (= I didn't feel like) call her that evening, but I phoned and emailed on Friday morning, and on Saturday, and on Monday.
I've just had an email saying she's very busy and will call me when she can.
Guess she doesn't want any help, then ...
