Very annoying things

- a computer that is non-functional to the point of losing 3 hours' changes even though I closed ('save changes?' 'Yes please!') and re-opened the application several times during that time.

- oh, and you should see what it does to everyone's user pics

- "I'll ring when I set out, and I'll be there around lunchtime" from 'tech support'. Yes, yes, I should know better by now

Going into Lewisham (ugh) to drop-kick small children into the slush. 'S fun.

A Late Lunch

We lunched on pizza, some time around 9pm.
But!
My PC is working again! (We sacrificed several veteran hard drives to Win2K, but 'twas not to be).
How wonderful is lproven! How dedicated! How alpha-geek! How fashionably late!

Have I heaped enough praise yet?! Is all quite sincere!
