What time of day do you have to get up to get all the housework done by 7 am?

Well, usually I struggle to stay awake when the alarm goes off at 7 am. But today I was wide-awake and buzzing with energy by about 5:30. Maybe it was last night's yoga class ... can do head balances now, and they're supposed to be energising, and all I actually do after a yoga class is come home and crash out ...
Haven't done the washing, anyway. Would be unkind to the people downstairs.
