We are most concerned to learn that you found a bone when using our Tuna in Coronation Style Dressing. We apologise for this unusual incident and appreciate that it must have caused considerable concern.1.

As a gesture of goodwill we are enclosing a voucher for £10: now shut up and don't tell your friends.
Yes, I paraphrase slightly in that last paragraph, but do they seriously think that £10 will restore my confidence?
The most unusual thing about it was the fact that they had managed to fit a piece of bone that size into what is really a very small tin.
