Old and Fat
Tuesday, September 7th, 2004 08:11 amthree and a half weeks of low-carbing (not 100% strict, but no bread or pasta, and trying to eat healthily) and I am not one inch closer to fitting back into my black suit trousers.
Feeling very ineffectual.

Date: Tuesday, September 7th, 2004 02:38 pm (UTC)Honestly hon, I think expecting low-carb to work in three weeks is probably too much. It might work if you went no-carb, but that is just unhealthy and I'd worry even more if you tried it.
Low-fat, combined with exercise, really is the healthiest way to lose weight, and the slower you do it the more likely it is to stay off. Please, be gentle with yourself.

There must be something I can do to change some aspect of my life, but for the life of me I don't know what.
