Writing on the Beach

Yesterday, the delightful ladymoonray took me to Lancing Beach, and we cavorted in the surf. Waves usually energise me though suspect I am beyond energising at present: it did ease some of the aches though. Then we had fish'n'chips for tea, and sat and wrote on the beach.

Good for you. My grandmother and later on my aunt lived in Lancing, so I can picture where you were. Haven't been there for a while though.
