[Ozymandias Update]

tamaranthHave been fretting about Ozy, whom I Cruelly Abandoned at the vet's
this morning for x-rays and other undignified medical stuff. Vet has
just phoned to reassure me:
- not a broken bone, just a torn cruciate ligament. (Has my kitty been skiing?)
- he can come home this afternoon; must stay indoors, no running or
jumping; check-up in a fortnight where we discuss whether surgery is
needed. (Fortunately he is insured!)
- yes, he *is* rather heavy still, which is not helping.
- also, the Flee Spray* is not working: we will be moving on to Frontline Combo.
- boss is lovely and is letting me werk from home this afternoon and
tomorrow, so I can keep an eye on post-anaesthesia kitty.
