Just back from Moon

... which I enjoyed very much, for the following reasons amongst others:
- the score, which was gently effective (special mention for the alarm clock)
- Sam Rockwell
- some subtly chilling lines ('the hard work done by people like you')
- the dirtiness
- the 2001 ambience (and a deliberate nod to same at the end)
- the Sharpie graffiti
- the furry dice

Now, though, I am contemplating Devil's Avocados, such as:
- why have human staff at all?
- why have 'em one at a time?
- why does G favour one SR over another?

Because obviously not all SRs are exactly the same - as soon as they come into being they develop differently according to circumstance, and this one particularly appealed to G.

Or alternatively "otherwise it wouldn't have been as interesting a film".

also how come SR2 knew he was a clone from the off and SR1 never did till his nose rubbed in it??

Basically plot was sieve like but..

SR2 was fresh out of the bag, with mental faculties intact when he encountered SR1 who was rather near his Best Before date?
