tamaranthHave heard back from the nice lady who is taking $OverseasNonExistentPropertyCo to court. Her solicitor advises "as my contract is with $OverseasNonExistentPropertyCo in the UK the proceedings should take place over here and that $OverseasNonExistentPropertyCo are responsible for returning the money themselves."
