I think you've reached the stage of getting very shirty indeed with these people. They are supposed to be acting for you, not causing you trouble. If I were you I would e-mail back and say:
1. You are unable to use your mobile during working hours and he may not contact you that way.
2 You are unable to take time off work to see him.
3. You want everything in writing because you are considering a complaint to the FSA.
4. You require a written summary of the position with regard to your sale and his planned further actions within three working days.
5. If he doesn't provide it (and continue to provide prompt, courteous and accurate service afterwards without excuses or attempts to contact you other than in writing) you will be making a complaint to the FSA without further delay.
