Sky help!

When every Sky channel says "There is a technical fault with this channel, please try later", what do I do?

ladymoonray / swisstone, was this what it was doing yesterday? It was fine on Tuesday when I last tried it!

The box has probably crashed. You'll need to reset it by unplugging it, leaving for about 30 seconds, and then plugging in again and waiting a short while before turning on from the remote.

That usually works for us.

Yes, this worked -- sadly not in time for me to watch the POTC2 making-of short! (Yes, I have seen the film. Twice. Want more pirates.) Boo to technology -- it certainly picks its moment.
