In further proof that the universe has a sense of humour, I got mugged on the way to my be-at-peace-with-everything yoga class.

Minor bruising: no Walkman or Visor: have cancelled cards: had left phone at home to charge.

Badly shaken. Have also mislaid sense of humour somewhere.
