Post-viral?
Friday, November 20th, 2009 08:45 pmSuspect my recent inability to bounce back from late nights may be a post-viral thing: I was so exhausted at werk yesterday that I could barely stand up, so left early (walked home because didn't think I was safe to cycle) and went to bed and stayed there.
Too tired to read but not quite tired enough to sleep properly.
Today somewhat better: but I am going to have to take it easy til this clears up. Back in the late 80s I had something like this and it took literally years to clear up. (Guarana was what fixed it but that may have been coincidence.)
Six good things this week:
- Finns!
- the M&S credit card, which is black but has a lime-green edge (as in, depth of card: probably about .1mm wide). It makes it much easier to find in card-pocket of purse, which now has three (3) stylish black money cards (FirstDirect debit and credit, M&S). It's a subtle design classic.
- flexible working hours
- iambic pentameter
- Mrs Alice Gordon and her delightful manual on Decorative Electricity
