Went to Colchester Zoo yesterday with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
woolymonkey and her brood. I used to go to Colchester Zoo as a child in the 1970s: it's changed beyond recognition, and if it wasn't for the lake and the ruined church I'd have agreed with spidermonkey that it was a different site.
Fabulous felines! Cheetah cub! Many apes! (Far too many: it was very busy, drawing attention to some design flaws like the single spiral staircase to the Lion Viewing Tower.) Llama-spit!
And this rather artistic pair of zebra, being stripy.
