book, and life.

Day started with cat-vomit. It has improved. My iPod decided I'd been moping too much (yesterday was not a good day, either internally or externally), so cheered me up with a selection of Purcell and the Toy Dolls cover of 'Any dream will do'. The last of the Christmas cards are in the capable hands of the Post Office. I've ventured outside at lunchtime for the first time, and found a Mysterious Wood (albeit with exercise trail). My boss thinks I'm doing "very well" and is "very impressed" with my thoughts on the documentation. And yes, it's fine to leave at lunchtime on Friday.
