(The Designated Locksmith for my Chubb Super Lock say I should have an ID card -- never provided by previous owners of flat. And anyway, they say, this is an old-fashioned lock and we don't have the blanks. So even if we were prepared to contravene regulations and cut you a key, we couldn't. Bye.)
